1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through available methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, etc. All payments must be made in Mexican pesos.
2. Payment Conditions: The total or partial payment for the service must be made before delivery or commencement, as agreed upon between the client and FameMKT.com.
3. Refunds: Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted once payment has been made. All payments are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, so we are open to discussing the possibility of changing the service to an equivalent. Any change request must be made within 30 days from the payment date and is subject to approval by FameMKT.com.
4. Service Changes: Service changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a service change, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Form. We will strive to find a suitable solution to meet your needs.
5. Additional Payments: Any additional service requested after order confirmation may be subject to additional payment. These additional charges will be agreed upon with the client before providing the additional service.
6. Cancellations: Service cancellations must be notified at least 3 days in advance. In the event of cancellation, a percentage of the payment will be retained as a cancellation fee, determined based on the project stage and resources dedicated up to that point.
